David Nahai

Nahai is the President of David Nahai Consulting Services, LLC and President of David Nahai Associates, Inc. In both capacities, he specializes in real estate, water, renewable energy, and energy efficiency matters. He was recently named as one of the top real estate attorneys in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal. Nahai is currently a board member of the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board. He is the former CEO and Commission President of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, former Chair of the California Regional Water Quality Board, and former Senior Advisor to the Clinton Climate Initiative.

Nahai’s new book, “Commercial Real Estate Purchase and Sale Transactions in California, a Beginner’s Guide”, was recently published by Thomson Reuters.

Nahai has been the recipient of numerous awards and commendations and is a frequent media guest and speaker on environmental, water, energy, and real estate matters.
